How It Works

Schedule Your Pressing

Book your pressing appointment during the harvest season. We operate on a reservation basis to ensure minimal waiting time and maximum freshness.

Deliver Your Olives

Bring your freshly picked olives to our mill — ideally within 24 hours of harvest for optimal oil quality. We accept both small and large batches.

Cold Extraction Process

Your olives are washed, crushed, and cold-pressed below 27°C using our two-phase continuous extraction system. This preserves polyphenols, taste, and aroma without any additives or chemicals.

Filtration & Storage Options

Choose between filtered or unfiltered oil. We offer temporary stainless-steel storage in nitrogen-sealed tanks to preserve freshness until bottling or transport.

    Bottle, Label, or Take Away

    Take your oil home in your own containers, or let us handle bottling and labeling for a professional finish.
